Contestants Packets
Envelope Containing:
- Name Tags for placement on shirt/dress
- Name Plates on 8 x 10
heavy paper with contestant’s name
in large letters
to be folded horizontally and placed on the table in front of
the contestant
during both the written and oral spelling segments
- Two number
2 lead pencils, sharpened and with erasers
- All four different
colored slips for the written words (Do not staple) Each will
be collected at the end of the round to be Scored.

- Two sheets of scratch paper for contestant to
use
- List of all contestants, pronouncer, Board Members,
Officers and Judges and others involved with the BEE. QUESTIONNAIRE
