Remember that words used in The AARP Magazine National Spelling Bee are found in Merriam-Webster's collegiate Dictionary, Eleventh Edition, 2003. That is a big book with lots of words and only the Word Wizard and the Pronouncer know which words will be used for the Bee. They select the words and keep them under lock and key until the day of the big event. So the following list will help you get started studying as an individual or in a group. Good Spelling!
